Why COVID-19 serves as a catalyst to unite the dental community

In 2020, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic required dental operations to shut down almost completely. This is a story of a response to that shutdown, which is still transforming oral health care delivery today. The Community Oral Health Transformation (COrHT) Initiative was developed out of a partnership between CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, Community Care Cooperative, and the Mass League to support federally qualified health centers in Massachusetts navigating dental practice in the COVID-19 environment.
